Crockpot Beer Mac & Cheese

  1. Add tomatoes, 1 cup of beer, beef broth, seasoning, and meet into crockpot. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours until meat is cooked.
  2. Stir in pasta noodles and turn slow cooker to high for 30-45 minutes until noodles are cooked.
  3. In separate saucepan, melt butter over medium high heat, and whisk in flour until smooth.
  4. Constantly whisk while slowly pouring in .5 cup of beer. Let simmer for a couple minutes until slightly thickened.
  5. Continue to whisk while stirring in milk and let simmer for a few minutes until at it's desired consistency.
  6. Stir in cheese and add salt and pepper if necessary. Remove from heat
  7. Pour cheese sauce over pasta, toss, and serve.
